New tools to help you make a smart roofing decision.

We rebuilt the site around the questions Carolina homeowners actually ask us — what does it cost, did the storm really hurt my roof, do I need to replace it, and what does the claim process look like? Here's a tour of what's new.

Insurance claim process

From storm to new roof in 4 steps

We've walked Carolina homeowners through hundreds of hail and wind claims. Here's exactly what to expect.

  1. 01

    Day 1

    Free post-storm inspection

We climb the roof, document every hit, and tell you honestly whether you have a claim worth filing. No pressure either way.

  2. 02

    Day 1–2

    Photo report for your carrier

You get a written report with annotated photos — the same documentation insurance adjusters expect when reviewing storm claims.

  3. 03

    Week 1–2

    We meet your adjuster on-site

When your carrier sends an adjuster, we're on the roof with them. Most disputed scopes get resolved right there.

  4. 04

    After approval

    Repair or full replacement

Once the claim is approved, we schedule the work — usually finished in a single day for most residential roofs.

Compare your options

Three roofs. Three price points. Same honest install.

Most Carolina homes do well on architectural shingles. Hail-prone areas often justify the upgrade to impact-rated. Metal is the long-haul play.

Repair or replace?

The honest answer is usually one or the other.

We'd rather fix what's fixable than sell you a roof you don't need. Here's how we decide.

Repair makes sense if…

  • Roof is under 15 years old
  • Damage is isolated (single area, one slope)
  • Active leak from a flashing or boot
  • Missing or wind-lifted shingles in one zone
  • No widespread granule loss

Full replacement is wiser if…

  • Roof is 20+ years old
  • Damage spans multiple slopes
  • Widespread granule loss in gutters
  • Decking is soft or rotted in places
  • You've had multiple repairs in 2 years

What you'll receive

24 annotated photos (ridge, valleys, flashing)
